Re-Action’s Wellness Program is based on the Population Health Model and targets to change health care determinants in order to have positive health outcomes for employees.
There are five major categories of health determinants namely

- Individual Behaviour
- Social Environment
- Physical Environment Genetics
Of the five categories of health care determinants, Re-Action’s Wellness Program targets to mainly influence only two components i.e. health care and individual behaviour.
