Our flagship programme, Voices of Change has been funded by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) since 2011. The programme is closing at the end of September 2016. It provides comprehensive mobile outreach services with a combination prevention health package that includes peer education, HIV testing (HTS) and care and treatment. In addition, the programme provides patients with sexual and reproductive health services i.e. contraception, STI treatment, cervical cancer screening as well as education and information materials, sustainable linkage to care. Since the programme’s inception, more than 20 000 sex workers have been reached in Mpumalanga and Northwest provinces through 3 mobile clinics, fitted with all required equipment, trained and competent staff.
